Ink SMP use of client photo/video

At INK SMP we offer a 15% discount to any client who agrees to let us use their before and after photos and/or video review in promoting our business. Photos and video reviews allow us to showcase the services we offer and our standard of work.

Ink SMP has a discount of 5% to any customer who is willing to allow the use of images (no video) showing the SMP work but with the clients face being blurred to provide some anonymity. Although we will always blur the image in this instance to hide someone's identity as best we can, we cannot guarantee full anonymity as there may be some identifiable features visible (tattoos, scars etc)

If you agree to let us use your images and videos, we may use them in any way we deem necessary to promote the business. We will use the images/video on social media, on our website and possibly in traditional print methods (newspapers etc)

Key Terms

​

1. If the client is still red after their last session, they must come back on another date to suit the clinic to do the video testimonial otherwise, the full price for the stage of hair loss must be paid. For this reason, the client must be flexible with availability.

2. If the client can’t or refuses for any reason to do the video testimonial in good faith, then the full price for the stage of hair loss would be due.

3. The client must follow our guidelines on the video reviews otherwise, the full price for that stage of hair loss would be due.

This offer is optional, and we will never post any images or videos of our clients without their expressed permission.
